MP&F has been part of the FirstBank team since 2001. In that time, FirstBank has grown from $400 million in assets to about $2 billion, making it the largest independently owned and operated community bank in Tennessee.

Early on, MP&F aligned our public relations goals to the bank’s central mission – to grow market share while retaining the values and sensibilities of a community bank. MP&F has worked as part of the FirstBank team as it expanded its presence beyond rural West Tennessee into Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville. We have provided a wide variety of services, from basic research to materials development to strategic communications. MP&F has worked with FirstBank to develop and produce its Annual Report since 2001.

We believe the key to our long-term relationship with FirstBank is our commitment to understanding its business and aligning to its goals. Our team members regularly talk to city presidents and bank associates across the state. We are often invited to participate in high-level strategic sessions, and we work to bring our best ideas to the table.
